TIPS TO REDUCE THE BRUNT OF GETTING REJECTED AT INTERVIEWS

Be very selective while applying, apply only where you feel you have the skills and others, mentioned in the job advertisement.

Try to apply directly to the recruiter rather than going to channels, reason being that you may get ignored in the large heap of applications

After the interview,  if you don’t get a call back as promised, call and enquire about the feedback. Work on the feedback received, before you apply to any other job offer.

Remember a rejection does not necessarily mean that you not good enough, it also can be that the recruiter is looking for something very specific and you don’t possess that. And it’s not possible for anyone to have all the skills.

Word of caution

Do not get frustrated and start any venture on your own, with no clue at all about the business
